Zulfia Alam is a senior operations and stakeholder engagement professional with years of experience across the defence, aerospace, international trade and multilateral engagement sectors. She brings deep expertise in strategic coordination, government liaison, high-level stakeholder management, and operational excellence within complex, highly regulated environments.
She spent over a decade at BAE Systems India, supporting major defence programmes and leading communications, stakeholder coordination, and the delivery of premier global defence exhibitions in close collaboration with the Indian Armed Forces and international teams. She later served in U.S.–India Business Council (USIBC), leading high-impact corporate and government engagements to strengthen bilateral business ties. Most recently, she held an administrative and operations role at RFLY Innovations, supporting organizational setup and internal functions.
Her early career includes roles in administration, operations, recruitment, and psychological counselling, providing her with a strong foundation in people management, organizational behaviour, and cross-cultural engagement.
Zulfia holds a master’s degree in applied psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Calcutta.
