Yashika Singh is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience across public policy, corporate affairs, economic analysis, and corporate strategy. She currently leads government affairs and public policy, corporate reputation, sustainability, and CSR, and is serves on the Executive Committee Leadership team for PepsiCo India and South Asia. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Yashika was the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Communication, Sustainability & Responsibility at Pernod Ricard India. Her previous stints include building and scaling the practice for Speyside Corporate Relations firm in India and South Asia, as the Country Director. She has also held a leadership position at Corporate Relations, Strategy and Economics at Rio Tinto, one of the world’s largest mining companies. A passionate economist at heart, Yashika began her career at the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, followed by the Centre for Public Policy at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, and then headed the Economic Analysis, Research & Advisory practice at Dun and Bradstreet.
Her expertise is further enriched through her associations with prestigious committees including Reserve Bank of India’s Technical Advisory Committee, CII Western Region Economic Affairs Committee, Economic Policy & Corporate Strategy Committee at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry and co-chairing the Economic Affairs Committee at the PHDCCI. She has also served as Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Social & Economic Progress, a leading think tank in India.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
